WHAT WE PROVIDE
RaynerCodes Cloud Solutions
Branding & Personalization
A website shouldn't look like everyone else's. I put your brand front and center and carry it through every page, so customers remember you — and so the whole thing feels like yours.
- Your brand, front and center. Your logo, colors, and personality lead the very first screen visitors see, not a generic template.
- Your mission and culture, on the page. I bring out what your business stands for — its mission, values, and the culture behind it — through the wording, imagery, and details across the whole site, so visitors feel who you are, not just what you sell.
- Consistent everywhere. The same look and voice run through every page, form, confirmation message, and email, so customers always know they're dealing with you.
- A memorable first impression. Custom banners, animation, and thoughtful details give visitors something to remember and a reason to come back.
- Your own domain and email identity. Your site lives at your own web address, with messages that come from you, not a platform's name.
- An admin side that feels like yours. Anything you use to manage the business — dashboards, booking tools, content editors — is branded with your name, logo, and colors. It feels like software you own, because you do.
- Built to grow with you. Refresh the look, add new sections, or change direction as your business evolves, without starting over.
AI Integration & Token Optimization
AI can be a real advantage for a business, or an open-ended bill. I add it only where it earns its place, and I build it so your costs stay predictable. AI services charge by usage (measured in “tokens,” roughly the amount of text sent and received), so how it's engineered decides what you pay.
- The right model for each job. Not every task needs the biggest, most expensive AI. Simple work like sorting messages or answering common questions goes to a small, fast, low-cost model, and a more powerful one is used only where the quality is worth it. I choose based on what your business actually needs.
- Tailored to what it's for. An AI that books appointments should sound and act differently from one that answers support questions. I tailor its instructions, examples, and your own business information so its output matches your brand's voice and its specific purpose. This is usually lighter and cheaper than training a custom model from scratch; if a project genuinely calls for deeper training, I'll tell you why and what it costs first.
- Rate limited to protect your budget. Caps on how often any one visitor, or the whole site, can use an AI feature mean a bot, a spammer, or a runaway bug can't rack up charges. Spending limits and alerts back that up, so there are no surprise bills.
- Send less, pay less. Every word sent to an AI costs money. I keep instructions tight, send only the information needed for the task, and cap the length of replies, so you aren't paying for waste.
- Remember repeated answers. When customers keep asking the same thing, the answer is saved and reused instead of paying for the AI to figure it out again every time.
- No AI where plain code does better. Prices, availability, and simple rules are faster, cheaper, and more reliable handled by regular software. AI is used for what only AI does well, like understanding free-form text.
- Safe by design. AI calls happen on the secure backend, never in the visitor's browser, so your keys stay private. Inputs are checked first, and sensitive customer details aren't sent to the AI unless the task truly needs them.
- Costs you can see. Usage is logged per feature, so you can see what each one costs and what it's worth. If it isn't paying off, it can be tuned or switched off.
- Your site keeps working. If an AI service is slow, down, or a limit is reached, visitors still get a clear message and your forms and bookings keep going.
AI usage costs depend on how much it's used; I'll estimate them alongside the rest of your project before any work begins.
Security & reliability
Your website is built by someone who actually knows how to secure and build the behind-the-scenes systems (the "backend") that keep a business site safe. I hold the AWS Certified Developer Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications from the industry's leading cloud provider, and your site runs on the same infrastructure used by some of the largest companies in the world.
- No monthly platform subscriptions. Your site isn't rented from a website-builder. It lives in your own AWS account, and because you only pay for what's actually used, hosting for a typical small-business site costs pennies.
- Protection against password guessing (brute force). Hackers use software that tries thousands of passwords in minutes. If your site has logins — an admin dashboard for you, or accounts for your customers — I build in protection so repeated wrong guesses get slowed down or locked out, and passwords are stored scrambled so even I can't read them.
- Protection against spam and abuse (rate limiting). Bots love to flood contact and booking forms with junk, or hammer a site until it slows down. Rate limiting puts a cap on how fast any one visitor can send requests, so real customers get through and spam bots don't. Forms also include hidden traps and content filters that catch automated junk.
- Locked down by default. Your site is encrypted (the padlock in the browser), your files aren't publicly exposed, access is limited to only what's needed, and passwords and keys are kept in encrypted storage — never written into the website's code.
- Fast and always on. Your pages are served from data centers around the world, close to your customers, and there are no servers of your own to crash or patch.
- Watched and recoverable. Logging is set up so problems are visible instead of silent, and every update goes out through an automated, tested process that can be rolled back if something goes wrong.
- You own it. The AWS account and everything in it belongs to you — no lock-in.
Actual monthly AWS costs depend on your traffic and features; I'll give you an estimate for your project before any work begins.
